There you will learn that Budyari mullinawul is good morning in the Darug language for the Burramattagal and glimpse their connections with Parramatta and the river.

And you will find the fragments of stone tools produced by First Nation peoples, including the ancestors of the Darug, also the ruins of a convict hut and sandstone terraces from the 1860s, a water well from a 19th century backyard and the burial of a beloved pet. Also artefacts from local Sydney breweries and reconstructions of early Australian made pottery and much more!
